Meet Your Photographer
It's well known that children need to know they are accepted by the adults in their lives, because children crave that sense of belonging that we do too, even as adults, simply because we want to feel connected to the ones we love. And with family portraits, we can create and display those connections between family members, so that you and your children can see and feel this every day.
The problem we face today is that between all the commitments competing for our time, we often find it hard to do the little things that make those important connections with our family.
This is why family portraits are often put on the back burner, and sometimes, are never created. There’s always something that seems more important that needs to be done. However, there’s nothing more important than showing your family that you love and treasure them.
When you book a session with me, together we’ll plan your family portrait experience. I’ll listen to find out your family’s story, and what’s important to each family member. Whose voice needs to be heard? Who needs to know they are loved and appreciated? And, most importantly, what words and emotions go unsaid that can be told in the portraits that you’ll eventually display in your home?
The portraits I create not only give your family the chance to come together to show their love for each other, they’ll also become a lasting legacy to continue telling your story, for years to come.
