Paul is the best photographer i have ever had the pleasure to work with, he goes out of his way and bends over backwards to make sure your as relaxed as possible, as happy as possible and most of all will do anything to make the whole thing easier for YOU. My toddler had awful temper tantrums throughout the photoshoot, the weather was awful too but the effort that he put into making it memorable and fun was great, He turned my daughter's tantrums into beautiful pictures, how he managed it I'll never know, he rolled around in wet sand in the rain to get the perfect shot and yet was still smiling at the end. I can't recommend him enough!! And the photos are beautiful... He's even going out of his way to get my daughter that I lost 3 years ago, put into the photo with us ... REVIEW-11 Paul has been our goto photographer since our daughter was born 5 years ago. Right from day one his service has been outstanding. He is a true artist and has always treated us with the utmost professionalism and is very warm and personable to deal with. The product he offers wouldn't normally be within our budget, but after taking advantage of a promotional offer for a free session inc some small prints in a little complimentary display booklet, naturally we fell in love with his work. Paul went out of his way to make it work financially for us we were able to pay over a period of time, after all this was a real investment. When our son came along we didn't hesitate to contact him again to capture our precious boy and also a family pic. We were once again delighted with the result. The finish and quality of the prints are outstanding. Unfortunately we returned from holiday recently and found one of the prints had fallen from the wall having come away from its mounting. Naturally we were devastated and I sent Paul a pic of the damage expecting to probably need to replace it ourselves. Paul responded immediately, having contacted the manufacturer and arranged to send it back and a replacement was back with us in a matter of days, hand delivered and even mounted by Paul himself... at no cost! (despite being outside any reasonable warranty time - 3yrs). His explanation for the exceptional, swift service: both he and the manufacturer understand and value that these are priceless to us as a family. Not only are they great photos but it reminds me of the brill day they had in the park while the ever patient Paul took his shots.
